Being a smart phone and loaded with software it makes it unique among all the N series.
It can be described as phone which gives you 5 Mega Pixel camera, DVD Quality Footage, browsing and GPS mapping. It can be called as complete phone with just one glitch , though its a twin slider the design is not a ground breaking one।

Now that you know most of the features, lets see the dark and bright side of the N95 model.

The Positives of Nokia N95
Excellent Screen Size which allows clear views and positive for videos. In The age of “on Demand” Internet this can be a boost.
Amazing Sound Clarity which takes up signals in elevators also.
DVD quality video recording.
Being a 5 Mega Pixel Camera gives yo the best of imaging in mobile phones. The phone comes with lifeblog software , which is in all NSeries, which allows you to upload photos to flickr
Listening Music is a different experience with N95. The Sound quality is stable and rich. It doesn’t sound loud as other phones.
Wi-Fi is give a huge support on N95। Thus allowing to connect to any hot spot. Even Voice Over Ip Support rocks.

The Negatives of Nokia N95
The phone is little heavy in terms of software. The applications are reported to hang more often.
Inbuilt memory is too less according to me. It should have come with much higher memory support keeping in mind the applications that run on it.
The Battery along with this phone doesn’t even last a day. Thats a big down for this super smart phone.
The design is not that attractive, Its more like a box design though its a 2 slider phone.
This phone is good but then it’s not for everybody. You might have to think before buying it specially because of the battery aspect

Symbian Freeware

Software: A look at some Symbian freeware.

There's a lot of good software that you can buy if you've got a Symbian phone and bottomless pockets. But say you want some good quality freeware applications. Call it a Series 60 (third edition) freeware roundup...

Screenshot 2.5

This little utility needs no explanation. It's used to make dramatic screen captures. Install, open up, and use the Edit button + Joystick key to take a screenshot. Or use a couple other key combinations if you like. Either way, it's easy to use and it works.

smart2go

After Nokia "acquired" mapping software company gate5, everyone figured it was just a matter of time before the market saw some new Nokia GPS phones with the aforementioned company's integrated GPS applications pre-installed. So it was a bit of a surprise when Nokia turned around and released the software as a FREE standalone product with the capability of downloading maps for different states/regions/countries of the world. It wasn't exactly a totally nice-guy move by Nokia as there are some pay-to-use features in the software. But come on, would you want to pay to use your Nokia phone as an in-car GPS device?

Either way, it's win-win for everyone, so grab the software and the maploader.

Download Smart2Go S60 Third Edition Software
Download the MapLoader PC Software

DivX Player S60 3rd Editon

Sure, you can shell out 25 bucks for LonelyCatGames' SmartMovie playing video software. Or you can download the DivX Player for Series 60 Third Edition phones which is a completely functional freeware clone with no restrictions. And when I say clone, I mean looks, functionality, everything.

Whether it's even worth it to watch DivX files on your mobile phone is a completely different matter.

Java VNC

This isn't exactly a Symbian specific piece of software, but the open source VNC client is still pretty impressive considering Java is still the world's crappiest programming language. If you're running a VNC server, use this client to give yourself full control of your computer from anywhere you've got an mobile internet connection.

Download VNC Beta 3.02

Nokia Mobile Search

Nokia scores again with Nokia Mobile Search. Although 2/3 of the application is useless (do you really need a piece of software to search with yahoo or msn?), there's a really neat feature: you can search for anything in your notes, to-do lists, text messages, emails, calendar entries, and contacts. In other words, you can search for anything located in your phone. Pretty neat.

Nokia E90 Communicator

Phone Preview: Nokia E90 Communicator

The E90 was announced way back when at the 3GSM conference, along with the E61i NokiaBerry and E65 slider. Even though it's tagged with the hip new Eseries model numbers, the E90 is still the same palm-top computer that it's always been, at least form-factor-wise. A phone on the outside, with a integrated keyboard and widescreen inside.

This newest Communicator has some pretty badass features though. Quad-band and 3G/WCDMA, WLAN/wi-fi, 3.2 megapixel camera, Symbian 9.2, HSDPA, integrated GPS, Bluetooth 2.0. Even that crappy FM radio is present. It's like Nokia just crammed in all their technologies from different phones into one handy little device.

The dual screens both support up to 16 million colors. While the outer phone screen is a standard 240x320 pixel display, the inner one has a 800x352 pixel resolution. Uh, a little wider than standard widescreen. Then again, I'm not exactly sure how well the E90 would fare with a Dvix/Xvid widescreen movie of that size. I have yet to find a phone that plays Xvid/Divx with a half decent amount of FPS.

Mr. E90's camera is indeed 3.2 megapixel, with flash and autofocus. Like many other higher-end models, there's a second crap camera for video calling.

There's also HSDPA on here, offering download speeds of up to 3.8 megabits per second. In the States, it looks like the ongoing battle between HSDPA and EV-DO will continue be ongoing.

The last notable feature of the E90 is the battery - the E90 uses a 1500 mAh BP-4L, which is not that impressive when you find out that it's good for only 5 hours of talk time.

The E90 is kind of smallish. It does have that annoying "brick" factor when used as a phone though.

Nokia 7373

The Nokia 7373 is a 2.0 megapixel camera phone which has a 180 degrees rotator design. It also supports WAP 2.0 for internet browsing and it is also JAVA enabled so you can download all those JAVA games anytime for added fun and entertainment.

Its internal memory can be expanded through microSD so you can store all those MP3's that can be played through its built-in stereo speakers. It also has a built-in handsfree device so you can talk while doing other things.

Expect the Nokia 7373 Special Edition to hit retailers sometime in April 2007.

Digital Camera

Perhaps one of the greatest invention in the 20st century is the digital camera. With its many outstanding features, novices in photography can produce great photos at less the effort. Not only does the digital camera provide convenience to photographers or those that are interested in the art but also savings to ordinary consumers.

There is no need to buy films or have the pictures developed in the darkroom or in the nearest developing center. One only need to click the camera, upload the files to a computer and print them out with a colored printer. Everything is so easy.

Of course, despite being so easy, there are things that one needs to know about digital cameras and digital photography. Here are some tips that will help you make the most out of your digital cameras and make the experience of digital photography truly memorable.

1. Know your camera

Without really studying the features that your digital camera has, how can you make the most out of it? Before using it, try to explore the different features of the gadget. Read the manual and take experimental shots. This will help you be familiar with the various parts of the camera. Doing it and trying it out will also help you remember the operations as opposed to just reading the text in the manual.

Reading the manual will also help you from pulling something that you should not be pulling. Often, gadgets like digital cameras get broken because owners do not allot any time to read the instructions in the manual especially the don'ts and the section where it teaches you how to take care of it.

2. Practice

There is nothing more educational than practice. Gadgets like digital cameras actually get broken not only because it is often used but also when it is not used at all. Do not keep it inside your cabinet, gathering dust. Shot away. Every chance you get, take a picture. This will help you get used to the feel of the camera and will also allow you to discover some of its many features.

3. Take care of your camera

Although it may seem a bit too much to always put it inside its case every time you are not using it or not putting it directly under the heat of the sun, digital cameras are delicate gadgets that need taking care of. Make sure that you always protect it and prevent it from hitting hard surfaces.

Sony Photo Digital Cameras

Sony is one of the best photo digital camera producers and this result is confirmed especially by their clients, who almost never complain regarding the product quality. Sony photo digital camera offer is wide ranging from 2 mega pixel cameras to over 8 mega pixel. In the following lines I will describe some Sony photo digital cameras characteristics with a variable price from several hundred dollars to over a thousand.

Cybershot DSC-T10 is a high performance Sony photo digital camera that is in many ways alike its predecessor the T30. What I like about it is the SteadyShot Optical Image Stabilizer that helps you take a decent shoot even in harsh conditions. Among its features I will point the 7.2 mega pixels, decent optical zoom 3x, Automatic focus and exposure, supports JPEG format, a movie mode with sound and 2.5 inch LCD. This Sony photo digital camera comes with 56 MB internal memory and Li-Ion battery.

Sony Alpha a100 is a true SLR (Single Lens Reflex), and if we are fair it is the first Sony photo digital camera real SLR. Many like to say that the A100 is the successor of the K-M Maxxum. Here are its specifications: an impressive 10 mega pixels, very nice lens Sony Alpha/Minolta A-Type. This Sony photo digital camera has image stabilization; it can switch between auto and manual focus and exposure, ISO 80 1600; it supports JPEG and RAW formats and has lithium ion battery.

CyberShot H5 is a Sony photo digital camera with an awesome 12x optical zoom and 7.2 MP sensors being one of the best offers on the market. It comes with a larger LCD of no more then 3.0 inch LCD which is really nice especially if you want to actually use de 12x optical zoom. Check the specifications: 7.2 mega pixels combined with a 12x optical and 2x digital zoom. The CyberShot H5 Sony photo digital camera has optical image stabilization and can turn from auto to manual focus or exposure, ISO 80 1000, it supports JPEG format and has a nice movie mode, 2AA batteries, a 3.0 inch LCD screen and a 32MB internal memory.

CyberShot T50 is one of those Sony photo digital cameras that won't stop selling, because they're good, affordable with a nice and attractive look. The Sony photo digital camera comes in 3 colors silver, black and red. Its sensor has 7.2 mega pixels, the screen is more then enough 3.0 inch LCD, and its optical image stabilization option is a life savior. It has 7.2 mega pixels, 3x optical zoom and a 2x digital zoom, an auto focus and exposure and it supports JPEG format. You can make movie with sound, ISO 80 1000, internal memory of 56 MB, Optical Image Stabilization and 3.0 LCD, and the batteries are also good lithium ion.
